By engaging with our services, applicants acknowledge and agree that VirtualLead’s role is strictly limited to recruitment support, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination during the hiring process.

VirtualLead does not act as an employer of record for any applicants placed with our BPO partners. Once an applicant is successfully hired and officially onboarded by a partner BPO company, all employment-related matters, including but not limited to employment contracts, compensation, benefits, working conditions, schedules, disciplinary actions, payroll concerns, and other workplace issues, shall be the sole responsibility of the hiring BPO partner. Any disputes, concerns, or clarifications arising after employment commences must be directed exclusively to the respective BPO employer.

Applicants understand and agree that VirtualLead does not have authority to modify, interpret, or enforce employment agreements between the applicant and the hiring BPO company. Any agreements, policies, or contracts signed between the applicant and the BPO partner are independent of VirtualLead’s operations.

Furthermore, VirtualLead shall not be held liable for any disputes, claims, or issues arising between the applicant and the BPO partner after employment has been confirmed. All hiring decisions, employment terms, and workplace management are solely under the control and discretion of the partner BPO company.
