Once you pass the TA screening, you will be scheduled for onsite interview and evaluation with our partner BPO company.

Successful applicants will receive a job offer from the BPO partner and proceed with onboarding and training.

- Initial Interview Screening – All applicants will undergo an initial screening interview with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
- Endorsement to BPO Client Partners – Applicants who pass the initial screening will be endorsed to our partner BPO companies.
- Final Interview – Our client partners will conduct the final interview and make the hiring decision.

Any agreements, policies, or contracts signed between the applicant and the BPO partner are independent of VirtualLead’s operations.

All hiring decisions, employment terms, and workplace management are solely under the control and discretion of the partner BPO company.
